General Information

Mondays through Thursdays from 4:00 - 7:00 PM

Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

All students must be enrolled in AutoPay for monthly tuition. Tuition is processed on the 5th of each month.  If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, tuition will be processed on the next available business day. If you payment declines, you will be subject to a decline fee. 

If you choose to cancel your enrollment, you must complete a cancellation form by the 10th of the month in order to not be charged the following month’s tuition.  Cancellation forms can be found at the front desk or requested by email, safetyamericakarate@gmail.com. 

Your child must attend class each week. The instructors are there to teach your child even if your child does not show up.  While we will do everything possible to find the perfect fit for you, it is your responsibility to schedule your class in a time that fits you best. Missed classes must be made-up within one-month of the missed class. If a missed class is not made-up within one month, the student will lose that class.  

We follow Fort Bend ISD (FBISD) for any weather closures. 

Our tuition is based off of a 45-week calendar year.  We will be closed for the following holidays. Please note, we do not offer make-up classes for these holidays.

November 25 - 30, 2024 - FBISD Thanksgiving Break

December 23 - 31, 2024 - FBISD Winter Break 

Like all Martial Arts schools, we require students to wear our Safety America uniform in order to maintain professionalism.  Our uniform consists of a gi top, gi pants and karate belt.  If a student does not have their uniform, they can still attend class, however, they will not receive attendance credit for that class to go towards their next belt test.  During the summer months, students can wear a Safety America t-shirt (instead of the gi top) tucked into the gi pants & belt during class.  Lastly, students must wear Safety America sparring gear once they get to the required level.  They can choose to. Get their gear as early as white belt.  Once a student has gear, we encourage them to bring it to every class. 

Our tax-id number is 76-0422153. This can be used for tax purposes to write off services like summer camp.  Please note we are not a licensed daycare.
